Aftercare advise for hyperhidrosis

However the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be reduced in even in those with static lines.You may not be suitable if you are:- under 25 or over 65 – pregnant/ breastfeeding/ trying to conceive- unwell/ have a neurological disorder- taking certain medicationsIt is important to be honest about your medical history so that we can provide safe and effective treatment for you.
Keep the under-arm area clean.
Avoid anti-perspirants/ deodorants as either roll on or aerosol for 24 hours following treatment.
Do not shave the under arm area for 24 hours post-treatment.
Avoid any extremes of temperature for the next 24 hours, for example have a tepid shower or bath rather than hot.
Avoid exercising or strenuous activity for the first 24 hours post-treatment.
You must seek medical attention and contact your practitioner if you experience any signs or symptoms of infection after treatment. Infection can present as hot, red shiny skin, there may be pus formation and you may have a fever or feel generally unwell.
Contact your practitioner as soon as possible if you notice any other unwanted side effects.
Do not go swimming for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
No excessive alcohol on the day of the treatment.
Do not lie flat or face down for at least 4 hours after treatment. Remain upright for 4 hours after treatment, this can help to reduce product migration.
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated after for at least 24 hours after treatment, doing so may affect treatment results.
Avoid any under arm hair removal procedures such as laser or electrolysis for at least 2 weeks post treatment.
You must seek emergency medical attention if you experience any severe allergy symptoms after treatment. Symptoms may include rash, facial swelling and breathing difficulties.
Allow 2 weeks before assessing results of treatment.

Do not plan to have treatment within 2 weeks of an important social event or holiday as this may not allow enough time to have some correction if the desired result is not achieved.

After treatment you can normall resume day your daily activities.
However there may be some redness swelling or bruising at the injection sites.
Do not apply makeup for 12 hours mimic post proceedure
Avoid saunas steam rooms and sunbeds
Avoid extremes of hot and cold until the swelling has resolved.
if swelling persists you may be advised to apply a cool pad to the area.
You should let us know if you experience any unwanted side effects.
Fat reduction can be seen just after one treatment. However, between 3-8 sessions are required to achieve optimum results. The speed at which results are seen will vary depending on patient’s age and lifestyle.
