These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, consultations, and bookings provided by A.I.A.Z Aesthetics by Dr Ansari. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by A.I.A.Z Aesthetics by Dr Ansari and apply to all clients.
2. Appointments & Booking
All treatments are provided by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or via direct contact.
A consultation is required prior to any treatment to assess suitability.
3. Consultations & Suitability
All clients must complete a medical consultation and provide accurate, complete information. Treatments are offered subject to professional judgement and suitability.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not considered appropriate or safe.
4. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments.
5. Treatment Outcomes
Results of cosmetic aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. No guarantee is made regarding specific results, duration, or outcomes.
Photographs may be taken for clinical records with the client’s consent.
6. Medical Information & Consent
Clients are responsible for disclosing full and accurate medical history, including medications and existing health conditions. Failure to do so may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
Informed consent must be provided before any treatment is carried out.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of a deposit or a cancellation fee.
8. Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable with sufficient notice.
Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered once treatment has been provided.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Mobile Appointments
Mobile treatments are subject to suitability, location, and availability. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment.
We reserve the right to cancel a mobile appointment if conditions are deemed unsuitable.
11. Aftercare & Follow-Up
Aftercare instructions must be followed to reduce the risk of complications and to optimise treatment results.
Follow-up appointments may be recommended and are the responsibility of the client to attend.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and medical data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us directly so they can be addressed promptly and professionally.
14. Changes to These Terms
